Information security is our core strength. We have completed numerous consultancy assignments in information security for major financial services and other clients, for example:

	Reviewing and comparing information security risks across multiple sites/instalations to common standards;
	Reviewing and designing information security controls for websites and networks;
	Establishing and managing information security departments;
	Writing and implementing information security policies and standards;
	Conducting information security risk/control reviews on operational systems, development and test environments etc.;
	Undertaking business-focused information security risk assessments;
	Specifying and designing information security controls for developing systems;
	Designing information security architectures for international payments and settlements systems, and for eCommerce;
	Designing and reviewing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) encryption and key management systems;
	Developing secure gateways for corporate banking systems.

We have also undertaken consultancy assignments in other fields such as network design and architecture, eCommerce strategy development, IT project management, business process re-engineering and computer auditing.

It is important to stress that our capabilities and services build on the extensive work experience of our consultants. Prior to joining CCCL, our consultants held senior posts in information security and computer audit management for financial institutions and other industries (including defense). Solid, real world experience of successful service management, and the systems and people issues involved, ensures that our advice is practical. Furthermore, the breadth of our backgrounds and of our client base, coupled with a keen interest in the field, alows us to identify and transfer best practice techniques.
